Founder & Head Trainer, Citrus Hill Farms
Born and raised in Southern California, Robyn began her equestrian journey at the age of 10. She has had the privilege of training under some of the most respected names in the industry, including Karen Healey, Jim Hagman, and Mike Edrick, whose mentorship helped shape her foundational skills and philosophy as a rider and coach.
After taking time away from the sport to raise her two children, Max and Demi, as a single mother, she returned to the equestrian world with renewed passion and purpose. In 2003, she partnered with longtime mentor Jim Hagman to open Elvenstar Orange County, based at the Orange County Fairgrounds.
In 2005, Citrus Hill Farms was established. As founder and head trainer, Robyn has led the program with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and horsemanship. Under her leadership, Citrus Hill Farms has achieved numerous accolades, including medal final victories and championship titles at both the national and international levels. Many of the program’s junior riders have gone on to earn full or partial Division I athletic scholarships at universities such as, Auburn, Smu, South Carolina, Baylor, and TCU.
With a focus on developing well-rounded athletes and compassionate horsemen and horsewomen, Robyn and her team continue to cultivate a training environment where riders of all levels can thrive and succeed.
